I receive a lot of Seasonal Greetings, invitations to events to my email box and we have Christmas party of our company next week, but Advent time is also about charity, fundraising, winter, skating and hospital visits by NHL guys. Like Phoenix Coyotes. They are four than three like Three Kings but I don't poke fun from serious matter such as the excited boy in the hospital meeting his heroes. Who does care they aren't LA Kings.
As I posted on my Instagram the photos from Christmas markets I visited two weeks ago, one with Christmas tree in Prague, the most famous and the best NHL player Sidney Crosby was quite happy to pose with his female fans, and also with...yes, Christmas tree, but the tree isn't decorated. Balls missing. What is missing, is Sid's grumpy face grimace. He is quite relaxed now, whoa. He doesn't moan how it is hard to pose with the fans.
LA King went skating, but ended on the boarding. With nice chick than rival player and I guess skating is a part of Christmas, even in warm Santa Monica. You don't luck like thick turkey after munching five course dinner, sweets and chocolate.
WAGs are also active in soup kitchens, at fundraising events than shopping.
People raise money for many causes, including dogs. I was supposed to go to one dog catwalk show organized by Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs in posh members club called Annabels in London, UK but I just stick to carol service by van Straubenzee charity, because I wasn't able to make it on the time and although I love dogs, I prefer people in many cases and sorry, Amanda Bickell, with your fighters dogs, I disagree. My 2nd cousin Edward Wessex can't command even a poor sweet labrador, whipping them because they don't listen but they have no problem to obey when I am around [funny NHL dog blog soon] as I have some natural authority and I will never hit the dog and I don't use a whip on the horse and I am English trained on the horse riding, with some new experiences gained in Western Canada and in California with western style of riding and ,management of legs', but the Blackhawks posed with the dogs for charity calendar. Jonathan Toews, of course, as he always fights with Kaner in the pillow battles and has a black belt only as a part of his Halloween costume and was beaten by Thorton of the Sharks, rolled in the bed with the dog. You know the captain, he isn't so serious off the ice LOL. He is like a puppy, really.
Only what we need for Christmas is...yes, Santa Clause...Jingle Bells, Batman smells...
What do we need for Christmas? Gabriel Landeskog cooking again, Jonathan Toews dogwalking, Sidney Crosby filling the drum of the washing machine with the pucks and dirty laundry. Maybe forcing Tyler Sequin to clean his cave.
Have a nice week. My last week was a horror.
